Gite 1
The side wing of the maison de maître used to house the wine cellar and the coach house on the ground floor and the storage of dry goods on the floor above. These rooms have been completely converted (only the roof structure and outer walls have been retained) into two nice gites (holiday homes). In July and August, both gites are available for families with children aged twelve and over. In April, May, June and September the gites (just like the maison) are for guests aged sixteen and older.

Layout
Gîte 1 is a double house with an area of 50 m2 spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is:

a bedroom with a hotel box spring double bed of 160 X 200cm
entrance door to the garden
a separate toilet
a bathroom with shower (in bath) and sink.

The first floor is reached via a fixed staircase with:

a living-dining room with kitchen corner
a balcony with patio doors
access to the hall, from which the rear parking lot can be reached.

It is possible to place one extra (folding) bed in the living room.

Contemporary comfort
The gîte has the 'terre cuite' floor tiles characteristic of the region. Together with antique cupboards, tables and chairs, this gives the gîte a lot of charm. The kitchen has complete kitchen equipment with stove (oven), microwave and refrigerator. Tea and towels are provided. There is a central extraction system, a washing machine and heating.

Sunny balcony
The living room has a glass front with doors to a lovely balcony; Through a recess in the roof surface, a spacious private sunny terrace has been created, with a view over the garden and the mountains behind it. This glass front allows a lot of light.

Parking
There is a parking lot at the rear of our site. On arrival and departure you can park your car in front of the gîte to unload or load your luggage. From the rear, the central hall of the gîte is reached via a slightly sloping path, which is directly adjacent to the cherry orchard.

PS: If the B&B is not full, you can park your car on the grounds of La Cerisaie. If the B&B is full, you can park your car in the public parking lot behind the site.

Energy
The costs for gas, water and electricity are included. Use what you need, but we also ask you to take the environment into account.

Bed and bath linen
Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Extra bed linen and/or change of bed linen within one week can be arranged on request (€5 pp). Bath towels are not included in the price, but can be rented on request (€5 per person).

Cleaning
It is our experience that properly cleaning a gîte can easily take three hours. We don't think it's realistic for you to spend your last day of vacation this way. That is why we take care of the cleaning (€50) so that you can enjoy La Cerisaie until the last minute! This will be automatically charged when booking the gîte.

Breakfast & dinner
You can use the breakfast service in the maison every day for €12.50 pp. Two or three times a week we provide a three-course dinner (€30 pp), in which you can participate. In both cases, please let us know at least one day in advance.

Tourist tax: €0.90 per person per day.

Please note: Check out time of the gites is 10am in July and August.
