This charming studio is located on the second floor of the house and is a separate dwelling unit. We provided new wallpaper in the sleeping area in the winter of 23/24, the bathroom and the kitchen received a new coat of paint in the winter of  24/25.

The studio is essentially  a small apartment and consists of a living‑/sleeping room with a seating area, an antique hanging wardrobe and a double bed measuring 150 x 200 cm. The studio is about 30m2 in total and has a double window section with a view over the valley of the Jaur stream. In addition to the living‑/sleeping room, the studio has a separate (dining) kitchen with wall cabinet, refrigerator, microwave, countertop with a two‑burner stove and a double dining table. Tea and towels  are provided. The spacious bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet is accessible both from the kitchen and from the bedroom. 

The studio is ideal if you want to schedule your own time and cook for yourself, but still want to enjoy the atmosphere of the maison and have all the facilities that La Cerisaie offers within reach. 

Breakfast is not included in the price.  You can, however, use the breakfast service (€13,00 pp). 

Cleaning
In the two gites and studio there is a kitchen. The space is used more and more extensively than a room and that requires more thorough cleaning than the rooms. We do not consider it realistic that you spend your last vacation day that way. That is why we take care of the cleaning (€30,00) so you can enjoy La Cerisaie until the very last minute! When booking the studio this is automatically charged.

In principle it is possible to rent the studio  as a room. Then it is without a kitchen, and the cleaning costs are not charged. The price is then the same as that of a classic room.

Studio Prices

• The price is exclusive of breakfast. 
• When the studio is used by 1 person, €10,00 is deducted from the bill.
• Tourist tax: € 0.90 per person, per day.
• Final cleaning: €30,00

PS: The studio can, if desired, also be booked as rooms; the kitchen is then closed off. The price is then the same as a 'classic' room and includes breakfast. If you want this option, please call or email.
