Studio

The studio is located on the second floor of the house and is a separate living unit. The sleeping area we provided with new wallpaper in the winter of 23/24.

This nice study consists of a living/bedroom with sitting area, an antique wardrobe and a double bed of 150 x 200. The studio is approximately 30m2 in size and has a double window with a view of the valley of the river Jaur. In addition to the living/bedroom, the studio has a separate (dining) kitchen with a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, counter with a two-burner stove and a two/three-person dining table. Tea and hand towels are provided. The spacious bathroom with bath, sink and toilet is accessible from both the kitchen and the bedroom.

The studio is ideal if you want to manage your own time and cook for yourself, but still want to enjoy the atmosphere of the maison and have all the facilities that La Cerisaie offers within easy reach.

Breakfast is not included in the price. You can use the breakfast service (€13.00 pp).

Cleaning
The two gites and studio have a kitchen. The whole is used more and more extensively than a room and that requires more extensive cleaning than the rooms. We do not think it is realistic that you spend your last day of vacation in this way. That is why we take care of the cleaning (€30.00) so that you can enjoy La Cerisaie until the last minute! When booking the studio, this is automatically charged. If the studio is rented without a kitchen, the cleaning costs are of course not charged.

Prices

• The price does not include breakfast.
• If the studio is used by 1 person, €10.00 will be deducted from the bill.
• Tourist tax: € 0.90 per person, per day.
• Final cleaning: €30.00

PS: The studio can also be booked as rooms if desired; the kitchen will then be closed off. The price is then the same as a 'classic' room and includes breakfast. If you want this option, please call or email.
